Truckfest Southwest & Wales

Truckfest celebrated its 30th anniversary in style in 2012. With not only the largest competition entry number ever recorded at a staggering 1482 competing trucks at the Peterborough event in May but also the long overdue introduction of our new Irish event, which took place at the Kings Hall Belfast on August 18th & 19th. So successful was the event that year two will see Truckfest Ireland relocated to the purpose built facility known as Balmoral Park between Belfast and Lisburn.

Truckfest is extremely lucky with its media partners and in the case of the English & Welsh events Commercial Motor and Truck & Driver magazine have supported Truckfest for over 25 years. In Scotland our long standing partnership with Transport News magazine and in Ireland the leading Industry publication Export & Freight.   2013 will see the Truckfest South West relocate to The Three Counties Showground at Malvern adjacent to the M5 corridor. It provides a stunning backdrop for the re-titled ‘Truckfest South West & Wales’ event. Bob Limming from Truckfest says “We have thoroughly enjoyed the last 26 years at the Bath & West Showground. We felt it was time to increase the catchment area of the event and attract hauliers from throughout Wales, together with the traditional visitors from the Midlands and West Country.”

Following the hugely successful Truckfest Peterborough, we are now off to our brand new home for Truckfest South West and Wales, namely the Three Counties Showground, Malvern.

This year’s new venue promises to be no exception to the hugely popular Truckfest series of events, and also features more manufacturers’ stands than in previous years, together with hundreds of the all important trucks that make up Truckfest.

Truckfest has grown in popularity as a great day out for all the family and this year, you can meet both Lisa, as well as Alex from Ice Road Truckers.

Drivers from the Eddie Stobart T.V. Series are also expected to be in attendance.

Non-stop action in the Main Arena will keep the audience entertained with high octane Car Crushing by the famous Monster Truck BIGFOOT, as the giant wheeled Monster takes on his latest challenger.

Motorcycle action also promises to thrill the crowds with spectacular displays by BROKE FMX.

It really is a case of all roads now lead to Malvern and the Three Counties Showground on JULY 6TH & 7TH.

* We are unable at this time to announce which members of the Eddie Stobart Cast will be attending.

How to get there….
